The product is made up of a laminated multi-layer, calibrated thickness, closed cell polyethylene, physically reticulated, foam carrier and a transparent embossed (orange peel) polypropylene silicone film liner.
The natural rubber adhesive system (wet-style), on both sides, provides high adhesion performances on both sides.
Very low compressibility, identified through the purple coloured foam.

Recommended for medium and high thickness photopolymer plates.Ideal for mounting operations on steel and aluminium cylinders.

High adhesion level, ideal for maximum hold on either plates or cylinders, especially in edge to edge plate mounting operations.

Ideal for Wide Web flexo printing of flexible packaging material and for Narrow Web printing of labels.
Suitable for full solid print.

The surface structure of the liner is especially designed to impress undulations in the adhesive for the potential exit of air bubbles trapped between the double-side adhesive tape and the cylinder or the plate during mounting operations.
